Hello Devs!

Got a blockbuster lineup for May (You know we always do :) with two great speakers/talks.

Alex Solis will be presenting "Apollo GraphQL: Basics"

He will be demoing a simple setup showcasing of GraphQL with the Apollo toolkit. He will show how it can act as an abstraction layer that your frontend can take advantage of to harness a variety of backend services.

We also have Justin Yost who will be presenting "Caching and You and You and You and You..."

Caching is a powerful to increase the performance of your web application and websites, and even better it's fairly easy to use in PHP Frameworks. We'll look at some of the different types of caching and the various engines and how to apply it in your codebase.

We will be raffeling off our last ElePHPant!

We also will have a 1 year PHP Storm license provided by JetBrains!
