Cloudflare is a powerful web infrastructure provider that provides services like DDoS protection, Web Application Firewall (WAF) Security, Distributed DNS services, CDN, Load Balancing, Serverless (FaaS) Platform, Analytics and more! A commonly accepted practice in web security is to only allow the application Routes that are necessary for the application to function. When working as a SRE you will find yourself defending against systems that are sending as many POST requests as possible because these requests are more likely to hit the actual infrastructure, thus causing instability.

We set out to create an easier way to add your Application Routes to the Cloudflare Firewall and so we created a Laravel package to just that - legacybeta/cloudflare-firewall.
