Anyone who ever had a Project Management 101 course knows that famous image of the Iron Triangle. A project has fixed Scope, Resources, and Time. Stretching one leg of the triangle will impact the others.

But in many companies, the Triple Constraints are a harsh reality; And there is no harsher reality than the cast-iron triangle of a Fixed Price Project (FPP).
