In PhpStorm, you can upload custom icons by right-clicking on any project and selecting Choose project icon from the context menu.
In this release, you can now select code, press ⌥⏎ / Alt+Enter, and then choose Create new scratch file from selection to quickly create a new scratch from this piece of code.
Last week we launched the Early Access Program for PhpStorm 2021.2 and we are going to be releasing updates every week for the next two months.
