This month we have a talk from Barry O Sullivan (@barryosull), a Legacy PHP specialist. He will discuss "Tactical Patterns for Testable Applications". Testing is core to being a professional developer, it's enables us to build provably stable software and iterate on our designs safely. The problem is that it is very tricky to do. What is the best way to write tests, and how do you test your code in a way that doesn't hamper change? That's the focus of this talk, a series of tactical design patterns that can applied to write testable applications. If you want to explore testing then this is the talk for you.
